They were offering a bottle of Garcinia Cambogia free only to be paid $4.95 for freight , then they send me a bottle of coffee bean extract and they charge an extra shipping charges of 1.99, I received the two bottle, today I was reconcile my bank statement Citi Bank and I see a charge of $ 5.89 another on april 17th for 94,86 and another for 89.53 wich I didn,t authorized neither I have received a product for these charges. this is an scam the web site didn,t said that they were going charge me extra for the product.
These people are ripping off the consumer.
Please give an advise how to proceed on this matter. I am 78 years old and I have never encountered a problem like this one. *** *** *** ***
