A Byron Jackson called my husband and told him that he own his client $1700.00 for a unpaid credit card but with court cost it went up to over $2000. He thought it is a master card. If he didn’t pay it on the next day between 1pm-4pm he would be served with court action paper. In order for Mr.Jackson to stop this we would need to come to an agreement on payment.I called the number he told my husband to call back 855-312-5599. Mr.Jackson told me the same thing and said if we didn’t reach an agreement before 3pm he wouldn’t be able to stop us from being serve. Mr.Jackson told us we can pay in 4 installment, we agreed.He sent me a DocuSign through my email for my husband to sign. Payments would be made with a Prepaid card. On 12/17 I called back to ask for verification. He responded that only his client could give me that. I ask him for a phone number I can call. He said he couldn’t give me his clients number but I could look it up myself. Here are the numbers we were given 855-312-559, 424-332-5320. Mr.Jackson never gave me his company ‘s address. I’t on the document he sent me.
