Thru messenger from friend. but unable to talk to other than MS. No phone conversation, couldn’t get thru. He said his phone wasn’t working. Or his land line. Called above phone of agency. Person answered Hello with thick Indian accent. Saying I could receive tax free $100,000 for payment of $2290. From the Federal Goverment.
