I received a phone call from ph no. 646-736-6151 (NY) and I spoke to Jamie who stated I did not qualify for the $38,000 loan (my bills added to $38,000). He stated that I could send him $568.88 a month and the money will be put in an escrow amount and I should not pay the bills. They will inform my creditors that they will restructure my credit. In 6 months I should see a difference and would be saving $500 and my bills would be cut in half. I was skeptical and called the BBB for information; I did not use their services.
