Someone from "Financial Card Services" wanted to lower my interest rates on credit cards down to 6% to reward me for making payments. When I realized that they were using what looked like a local cell phone number (940) 631-8330, and he was wanting my credit card number/exp. date and I said, I then said that I was not feeling comfortable about who he was and if they were legit. He then cussed me out and called me a F____ing Bi___, and asked why was I wasting his time.
