I have a vacation membership at a resort and I was approached via mail first, then through email. They offered a deal where they wanted to buy 10 weeks, priced at $3,168.0 a week, so they could rent the vacation room out and would in total pay me $31,680. I would keep my ownership after those 10 weeks were used up. The deal also stated that they would assume liabilities and pay me a rental price equal to the sum of $31,680 and a 6% commission will be liquidated to the company at the time of closing. This deal sounded too easy and good, so I did my research on them and I just didn’t see their legitimacy and looked them up here on ScamPulse.com and they didn’t show up so I just want to spread the word about this company I don’t want anyone getting scammed.
