Type of a scam Government Grant
Received info through messenger about my name being on a list of eligible people to get Financial Aid. Was someone impersonating a Facebook Friend. The link showed my name and my friends name as well. I played along and knew it was not real. I did report it through the messaging system and since deleted it.
Things that I questioned:
1 – Spending money to get money
2 – Federal government web address is .gov not .com
3 – Name used is only used for Facebook, not my legal name
