Made two separate orders within a few days of each other. Immediately emailed regarding one asking to cancel because the order was accidentally submitted before finishing. Both orders were "custom" jewelry, so the site said to wait 10 business days for them to be shipped, and another 5-7 to arrive. I received confirmation emails for both orders, showing that both were paid, but status of each order was unfulfilled. I emailed again after 10 business days asking for an update. After sending 5 emails over about 1 month’s time, I receives no responses, no email/order updates, and no refunds, as I had asked for multiple times. There is no phone number or address listed on the website, only an email for contact information, which was used each time (the same email that the order confirmation emails both came from. The copyright information has been updated for 2017. A dispute had to be filed with my bank regarding both transactions.
