In December, 2016 I recevied a call from Fidelity Serve and spoke to someone and paid him $50.00 that I don’t even really know what for. I called him back and said I wanted my $50.00 back. I got a call back from Jacob Smith, the Senior Manager of Accounts and he said yes, he would return my $50.00 plus an additional $50.00. He asked for access to my computer and I gave it to him and he asked for my debit card number and I gave it to him. He look my $2,000 line of credit from my debit card and moved it into my checking account and was going to give me my $100 from my own checking account and he was going to keep the other $1,900 for himself. I have contacted the FBI and will meet with them today and have filled out paper work at Wells Fargo to get a new debit card and change all of my auto drafts.
