The number listed was never routed to a live person
There were plenty of voicemails and messages unanswered
After I tried to ask for information on their Facebook page as far as where my order was the comment was deleted and also neglected
Comments were disabled also when I ask the next day that there had been no response or resolution and warned others of the potential fraud
