I hired Mario Soriano to build me my fence, he came in December to give me an estimate. Gave him $4,000 over a 2 month stretch, it should have taken 1-2 days to complete, he put the fence up after 3 months, it was such a mess i told him to give me my money back, i never got a hold of him again, he changed his website and phone number.
There are numerous people that he has done this to, taken their money and left.
I got in touch with the police department and they can not find him either, no address for residence.
