Type of a scam Rental
Went on Craigs List to find a house to rent. Found this property for an incredible price so moved forward on this. After several communications back and forth and sending an application for rental agreement he said that he approved it and so did his lawyer and we could proceed. In the original text from him he said not to speak with the realtor listed on the for sale sign as he would speak rubbish about him. Was curious at that comment but proceeded anyway. His text as of this am said to the rent and deposit via Western Union or Walmart to his personal assistant but nothing more than that (no further information was provided). Decided to call the realtor and he said to not fall for it as it was a scam. Realtor is Joe Lamberta, Your Castle Real Estate Company, #303-507-5001.
