Caller left 2 messages saying that there is a warrant filed against me and I need to call them back. 2nd call said that I am trying to run away from the case. If I don’t call back by end of the day, he will send investigation officer and police officer to my step.

Type of a scam Debt Collections

Scammer called me on June 5, 2016 stating she was from the Federal Investigation Department and unless I call her back with an hour, she would issue an arrest warrant. She called my cell phone (I didn’t answer it) and left me a voice message.

Then last week (June 30, 2016) she also called me again but at my work phone number. Since I don’t recognize the number I did not answer it and she left me another voice message with the same threaten description (legal fee being filed against my name and if I don’t call her back within an hour, an arrest warrant will be issue against me.)

Type of a scam Tax Collection

Same guy as I reported yesterday, "Eric Wilson". Said the same general prepared speech as before but this time mentioned "documents" that I should have received two months ago, that obviously they never sent so they never arrived. I said no I had not gotten them since this was a scam and he immediately hung up at the word "scam".

Call came in at 10:49am from 904-442-5046, Jacksonville, FL and lasted 43 seconds.

I know they are looking to take money because they tried to tell my grandmother that she owed some thousands of dollars and had to pay them immediately so as not to be jailed for tax fraud.
