Sandy reported she received a call from "Federal Grant Dept 5" at 360-406-4715. They said she was one of 17,000 people given a $7,000 grant and she needed to call Sara Johns, who disperses the $, at 240-244-7692. Sandy said she’s been a victim of scams before and she wanted to report this.
