I attempted to purchase a portable air conditioner. After reviewing the website linked to Facebook I created an account as the site required me to do. I selected the product and made the purchase transaction. The next day my account was deducted for the correct amount. When I did not get a confirmation email I attempted to verify through the sites "24 hour customer service" by submitting a message. I was told to expect a response soon from a rep. The response never came.
