Received an email from Anti-Terrorist & Monetary Crimes Division of the FYI HQ in Washington, DC. The email states that a lady was caught at JFK Airport with a box filled with US dollars, and that she told them the box was to be delivered to me. They state she is under detention and I must provide an Award Ownership Certificate showing the money is not legal and said certificate must be secured from the office of the senate president in Nigeria.
