Wanted to order favors for birthday 13 days in advance because they ship products within 3-5 days after the 14th day checked the email they sent me and it said pending however they charged my bank card the full amount. I tried calling them numerous times nobody ever answers!! It’s an automated message saying that they are busy with other customers… Tried emailing them to cancel order 3 times never got a confirmation or credit back to my bank card… I think it’s a fraud business. What business doesn’t answer phones or email questions.
