They have presented themselves as a company who is helping people obtain a credit card with bad credit. I was told that credit card company will contact me if I am approved, however, I had never received any call nor an email explaining that I am approved for a credit card. A week later, this company support department sent me an email saying, this is an attempt to collect to a debt. Based on the email, I owe them 15,699.00 and I need to pay it as soon as possible or face more harassment emails and calls. Now, I feel being harass and threaten and it also says it will not stop until I pay, and that is the reason why I feel I should report this company.
