This company advertising an item listed and pictured as "Iron-Buddy Levitating Ornament" based of the Marvel super-hero Iron Man. It should be an Iron Man action figure levitating over a base. However once I ordered/purchased the item on May 19th, I have yet to receive it. I have made various attempts via there support e-mail address with no response.
Earlier this week I received an Iron Man keychain in the mail from an unverifiable foreign address with no invoice. I then tried again to contact Fashion Empires Online support via the e-mail address as no telephone is provided to confirm the origin of the keychain as it was not what I order and where is the actual item that I purchased as listed on the confirmation of purchase e-mail they sent me.
Needless to say no resolve and it has been over a month. I would actually just want a full refund. I hope that this company is fined and is disbanded.
