I had called Frontier, my internet provider about internet problems. I received a call the next day that my computer was about to crash and it had been hacked. After something called Cloud accountlogmein123.com took control of my computer and told me they would fix all problems. They then called back and said for $299.00 I would have lifetime help on my computer software and transferable to any computer but I must pay with a debit card which I did. This morning when I opened my computer, it wouldn’t work and I shortly received a call saying that my money would be refunded because there were technical problems that couldn’t be fixed. They had me log in to my bank account and showed me they had deposited $2000.00 to my account which was the minimum they could send. I must then give them $1660.(minus $40.fee) I must go to Western Union and wire the money to: Sourabh Swarnkar , financial manager Fort Worth ,TX 76131. I called my bank to see if $299.00 had been deducted and $2000.00 had been deposited. $299.00 had been deducted but $2000.00 had not been deposited. She said the entire thing was a scam and closed my debit card.
