They first send you a message telling you to get google hangouts then to message the interviewer. From there they start with basic employment questions but quickly it turns to them trying to send you a check through email to print out and deposit to purchase "start up equipment". Pretty obvious, very bad grammer, impossibly fast response time, very automated syntax.
