I purchased Detroit tiger tickets drone Groupon who gets them from fanxchange. I bought 4 tickets for $180 when we went to the game I was told the tickets were counterfeit and was turns away at the gate. I filled an online complaint with Groupon that evening 7/7 . I was on vacation for that week there was no internet. I returned on 7/14 and filed the complaint with fanxchange via Groupon’s request that came in on my email on 7/9 to be told I didn’t file my complaint in 7 days so they would not refund my money for the fake tickets.
