My daughter purchased a personalized item online that was never delivered. We used both the email and text number provided on the website to contact the business in an effort to track and locate our item. Company never responded. Both I and a friend made seperate multiple attempts. We not only lost our money as the transaction was processed the day after our order was placed. We not only lost our money as the transaction was processed the day after our order was placed but the company had the nerve to send an advertising email to my friends account although they never sent our item or acknowledged inquiry or complaint.
