Total scam! They sell fake merchandise that’s not worth the energy put into making it! I personally didn’t even receive my items or my refund! Changed the store name on PayPal as soon as payment was processed to B2C and that’s when you find out it’s in China. Immediately trying to stop payment doesn’t work ! Email after email they say they refunded me but it never happens. Hoping PayPal can resolve issue! Now it’s even showing a tracking number and showing delivered to some place in Delaware and I live in Kentucky! I wish I could put my hands on the [censored] sending me emails lying about refunds ! Been 45+ days I’ve been dealing with this BS! Don’t order from them! Have pictures of all emails and how they have scammed me!

Ordered an Anthony Barr Minnesota Vikings Jersey. Got email with tracking number shipped and cleared Shanghi postal facility on 12/20, no other scans since. Can only email customer service, there is no phone number. Three responses all from same person "John Cooke" say same thing verbatim. Has not cleared "your customs" with very bad English in entire email and apologies to be patient. Filed claim with USPS who states shipment still in China. Shipping was free First Class Mail so they probably shipped item they know will get held up just to provide tracking number. Company is supposed to be based in US at address provided on website fansgoods.com in Wellsville, Missouri. Google mapped address and pulls location as middle of street in "now where" Missouri. Since it has almost been one month and no resolution I am reporting as a scam..

Fan Goods is using a false address. People are contacting me at the address I provided you which is my address. I contacted Fan Goods, they changed it once and now they’re using my address for billing purposes. I believe the fake company is from over seas and are making fake sport stuff / stealing people’s credit card information.
