I made a purchase with this company on 10/27/18. I received notification that my purchase was placed immediately and the charge to my credit card applied. On 11/8/18 I reached out to the company to inquire on the status of my product. I received an email that I would receive a follow up on my question within 24 hours. I have not received any follow up from this company. On 11/18/18 I reached back out to the company with a complaint. Still have not received any sort of follow up. It is evident that others are in the same situation as myself, as several customers have made complaints to the site and or have threatened to report them as SPAM.

Reporting this business to warm other about this scam.
Now I am trying to get my money back.
After reading many articles, PayPal money was sent to a Nick Levogiannis comes up with his email address of [email protected]!

Transaction and no delivery of fully paid product. I had purchased two items from Family Rex’ website on July 1st 2018 and August 4th 2018. I have not received any tracking information but did recieve a confirmation email of payment. No items have yet to be delivered. No response via email. No phone numbers found to contact them.
