Type of a scam Online Purchase
Company is selling products that break within a few wears. I had a jeweler repair my first issue with the purchased bracelet and upon wearing the bracelet again, it broke in a new area of which is not repairable. I sent the company an email and was told that they would of course help me with the problem. Since the purchase was greater than 60 days they then contacted me to pay $13 for the reorder. I told them to forget it. I don’t feel that I should have to pay to have a new item shipped to me especially since its only 4 mos old at this point and now it will just sit in a junk drawer. They sell (expletive removed). DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Reviews look amazing for this company but it is clear that they delete any poor ones prior to allowing the public to see those!
