I was contacted by Marvin Clark-badge #1810 for this urgent dispute where I rented a car years ago and now there were criminal charges being brought against me. I was going to be arrested if I did not call the US Marshal Mr Clark back and I was going to have to meet him at the Walmart to pay in cash to avoid arrest.
