I purchased a smart watch from www.fairystore.us that took almost 2 months to reach me and when it did arrive, a much cheaper, totally different watch had been substituted. When I contacted the company at the email in the tracking, my first email came back as undeliverable. I subsequently located another address on their website and have emailed my dissatisfaction 3 times and have still not received a reply. There is no phone number listed on their website.

Ordered a Michael Kors V3 smart watch in Rose Gold color and instead I received a very generic, cheap, plastic, white China knockoff. There is no phone number to their website. Their customer service email they provide is disabled. Highly dissatisfied with this experience. It is a total scam!
