In my search for a reasonably priced van, I found a deal on craigslist that sounded too good to be true. A unique vehicle, a Mercedes Sprinter with Morgan Olson body box for $5200.

I questioned it, and searched the web for a morgan olson body on google. Then I saw Fair Pawn Shop with the same vehicle, with the same pictures and the same price!

I was thinking okay, a website with contact information but misleading route of purchase enquiry. You have to request an invoice and I had never seen that before.

Getting a bit excited but remaining cautious, I looked at the rest of their inventory. I was getting geeked as it I had struck gold! So I looked at their page- "how to purchase." Thats where I saw that they ship the vehicles nation wide. I noticed some grammar mistakes and continued to look up Green Shippers, their "local to wichita, ks" shipping company. There I found two scam complaints against the company on the the BBB.

Hopefully this nips their operation in two and no one fall for it an longer!

I was shopping for a used tractor and/or ZTR lawnmower to clean up a piece of property my husband and I are moving to and decided to try nearby pawn shops. I came across ads from this business in an online search, but I live close to the business’ listed address and don’t believe it is legitimate. They also list a shipping company on their website, “Green Shippers” that I’ve never heard of in Wichita and has previously been reported to the ScamPulse.com as a scam.
