Type of a scam Online Purchase
On phone, to be listed on the website "facultyrow" was supposed to cost a one time fee of $99.00. The following year, I was charged again $99. I disputed the charge and the charge was taken off my credit card. I called, left voice mail, canceling my membership FOREVER. One year later, two months ago, my credit card was charged again. I have called the company and no one answers. My credit card company has not been successful in processing the dispute. I am cancelling the credit card to prevent future charges.
I would like to warn other academics out there that this company is a scam.
