The complainant received a message through an instant message app on her computer from a supposed childhood friend. After thinking about the message she doesn’t think it was the friend.  The message told her that she had a grant from the Grant Lottery Board and she needed to go to the www.fblibertylotto.com to find her name on a list and claim her grant.  Once she got to the page she found her name and a notice that she had won $150,000.  They then told her she would have to pay $3250 to get the money and she would have to go to Walmart and send them a MoneyGram for that amount.  Even if she didn’t want to pay the $3,250 for the prize she still had to pay them $15,000 for taxes.
