Type of a scam Online Purchase

It was not clear that I had 14 days after receipt of the product to cancel the purchase. The products arrived during the Christmas session and I did not notice that stipulation. I phoned the company advising that I wanted to return the product and get a refund. Each time I spoke to a representative I was given different information. First I was offered a refund but had to pay a $20 restocking fee for each product. The rep said he would speak to his supervisor and get back to me. I didn’t hear back and phoned again. I was told that the rep had attempted to contact me but the line was busy, the offer was no longer available, that their policies had now changed and I was only eligible for a 50% credit. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was advised that no one was available but someone would contact me within 48 hours. That was a week ago and I have not heard back from anyone.

I was able to cancel any future deliveries but if someone is not checking their credit card statement, they could be charged over and over until they did notice.

I contacted Mastercard and provided all the information I had available. Mastercard advised that they could not cancel the charges or any future charges and that I would have to contact the company to do this. I was advised that even if I changed by credit card number, Replen would be able to get the new number. The rep said they have phone calls about this practice 5-6 times a day.

Don’t order this product without checking the fine print. I though I was too aware for this to happen to me but I was caught.
