I used this website to purchase a pair of leggings. It has been over two months (April 3rd) since I ordered and they have not shipped out my order (but they made me pay through PayPal and already charged me prior to shipment). The leggings were coming from China, which was not information given during my order or on their website at the time. Shipping states 10-15 business days, but they told me up to 25 when I was able to reach out and ask. There is a contact form for them where you put in your information and they supposedly get back to you, but they only respond through Facebook Messenger and refuse to answer any questions about a refund or when I may receive my order. When trying to discuss tracking, they have repeated the same information about “package waiting to be scanned into the port” each time. They have no other contact info available, no address, no phone number to reach out to customer service. The community page on Facebook, has MANY buyers with the same circumstances, even prior to COVID-19, with some people still waiting for answers after 6+ months. I opened a claim with PayPal over a month ago, but the seller has yet to respond to the claim to get the process moving for a refund.
