I received a product that was defective; it did not work as advertised, so I reached out to the business via their website a few times with no response. I was well within the 30 day refund or exchange guarantee. I finally started to send them emails regarding the product in order to keep track since submitting the complaint via the website doesn’t allow me to keep a history. I also left a review that they ended up deleting off of their site the first time. (Good thing I took a snapshot on my phone of the review) After noticing my first review was deleted, I posted another that has not been deleted to my surprise. I finally sent another response via their website and they ended up responding, asking me for my order number. The email they responded from was [email protected] I replied to the email with my order number, but after that, no response from them since. I sent a follow-up email and still no response. I finally sent another response via their website letting them know that I would be reaching out to the ScamPulse.com since they will not honor their guarantee. I also took a snapshot of the return or refund guarantee on my phone. Bottom line is, the product absolutely did not work as advertised and I would like a full refund.
