This came up as identifying malware on my computer and gave a phone # to clean it off. The cost would be $300. Then they gave other "wonderful" options to keep the malware off my computer, to the tune of 7 layers of protection for 2 years, cost $499.99, 9 layers of protection for 5 yrs, cost $999.99 and 13 layers of protection for lifetime support, cost $1,999.99
