I purchased a jacket from this company from their web add on Facebook. I had to return it for a larger size. USPS tracking told me the jacket was delivered to the return address on the shipping label. After numerous emails with Ezbuygalore, they tell me they did not receive my jacket that I sent them. They have ignored all the follow up emails about this problem.
