An ad showed up on my Facebook for decorative items for home I ordered some items paid on April 29 2020. To date I have not received the items the tracking method is in Chinese. I emailed on several occasion each time was told the delivery date was later than they anticipated. The last email I asked for cancellation of order and refund was told they refund but as of today nothing. The response time is less than adequate.
