I ordered from exrain on December 4th and there site says 7-10 business days to get but I have not received my sons comforter after 25 days so I tried calling and emailing EXRAIN to find out thier customer service numbe is a cell phone and it’s a nonworking number! Also found out they use a California address and phone number but they ship from China. I’m totally Disgusted!

I placed an order with Exrain weeks ago and they have already taken my money, but hasn’t even sent so much as a confirmation email, let alone the item I paid for. The number they have on their website is fake and they do not respond to emails. I looked for reviews and I’m so upset I did not research ahead of time because this has happened to dozens of people at least. Some did but most did not. I am still getting out of debt and cannot afford to lose $90 for nothing. Also, it prompted me to create an account when I was checking out online, yet now it says that I do not have an account and no way to check on the order or anything else.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
I noticed this company had a Morgan hill Ca address. I was thinking they are a company that is in Ca. It has been 24 days. I have been waiting for a comforter to arrive. They gave me a fake tracking number through email from China.
My credit card says they added 2 dollars for international processing fee in China.
No one answers phone or email.
Exrain Quilt and bedding must be false.
