Type of a scam Online Purchase
I had purchased a puppy from Faithfulshihtzuhome.com in which they had a free shipping coupon with Express State Transport. Puppy was dropped off for shipping then Express State Transport emailed me to say that the breeder did not provide the correct crate for shipment via air travel and then that the airline required insurance on the puppy. Both payments were email documented to be 100% refunded at time of delivery of puppy to me. Then supposedly 30 minutes before flight Express then tried to get more money for shots that the puppy should of had before even being dropped off. I had contacted the breeder at this point and they were then suppose to cover this but they did not and then picked puppy back up. Express was suppose to refund me but they claimed to have given the breeder the money I have them for the crate and insurance
