I had a pop up on our computer from this company. Experts Accounting Inc. in Mansfield OH. It said the computer is locked and call this number. If we go any further it will call damage to computer. I called the phone number 866-298-4402. They charged $233 for a plan to fix my computer. I paid the $233. They would not take a credit card number only a debit card number. They were to fix my computer. They always answer hello. They took over my computer. I did not know it was a scam.I had earlier received an E mail to update my Apple ID. My daughter told me it was a scam and also the pop up.
