I contacted this business to have my cast iron tub refinished. A fellow came out, sprayed the tub without any attempt to properly prep the tub or remove the rust. When I pulled the masking tape off, the finish came off with the tape. I sent the business a photo of the mess and sent a text messge asking them to come out and rework the tub. No response. I attempted to contact them by their phone number, but they are always "out of the office" and never return the phone call. I attempted to find their physical place of business and that turned out from my internet search to be a vacant lot on the USC campus on Greene St. in Columbia, SC. Now I know why their web page has no contact information other than an anonamous phone number. The tub was so badly damaged I had to replace it with a new tub.
