I bought a Blue Jays bracelet online. I have yet to receive it but have paid for it by credit card. I did receive an email a month ago from the Customer Support Rep saying that the merchandise was shipped but they were unable to provide a tracking # which raised red flags for me & although I have emailed him back a couple of times, I have received no other responses. This item was $10. but I’m sure they received thousands of purchases
