Type of a scam Phishing
Our business HUB HTX started receiving mail for Exclusivity Billboards recently, we looked them up and they have our address as their physical address on their website. We have tried to call but it takes you straight to voicemail. There is no such business at this address, 1430 Yale St, Houston, TX 77008 belongs to HUB HTX along with a few tenants that rent from us, but not Exclusivity Billboards. Earlier this week, we had a man come in with a check he received in the mail from Exclusivity Billboards (see attachment), I guess they tried to cash it, but it was made out to someone whos mail we have also been receiving. This is all obviously a scam. We want our address removed from that website, as they do not office here.
