Consumer received a letter from Exclusive Prospects Direct, stating that they (consumer) were confirmed as a Cash Prize Winner. The letter is carefully worded to say that their "report of payout" and "directive report" for the $1,823,976.00 payout is only for them. It also says "the $1,823,976 that is now GUARANTEED to you." They are instructed to return a portion of the letter with $20.00. It does not say why they must pay $20.00.
