Received the following voicemail: "This is Michelle Washington from the office of Excelsior mediation services. I’m placing the call today in regards to paperwork received by my office from one of our clients, who said documents were sent to your house and that failed to respond. Due to the nature of this claim, it’s imperative that you or your attorney contact this office at 866-207-7522. Unfortunately, if I do not hear from you, I will have no choice but to mark this as a refusal to comply, which may result in further action. Again, my office phone number is 866-207-7522. Thank you."
When I responded, they said they would remove my number from their list and not call again. I asked for their web address, to confirm the legitimacy of their company, and they hung up on me. I called back a number of times, and they said to "get a life" and stop calling them.
