Type of a scam Online Purchase
I saw an ad on my cellphone online, and purchased a EXCELLENTKID electric folding scooter, with my VISA credit card May 16, 2019. The product was an adult scooter that folded up or down with a touch of a button. It had 4 wheels. Cost was regular $950 and was now $199.99 USD. Weighed 48 lbs, free shipping. It weighs 48 lbs, free shipping. After a month I tried to contact by e-mail and asked when they were going to send it. They replied it would take 3-4 weeks. .I did get a mylar package with a finger spinner in it a week ago. ?? don’t know if that meant I was spinning my wheels and have been scammed. I called Wells Fargo and report it as a possible scam. They held the paymnt and issued interest charges since I made the order. I still have not received the scooter. Now it is 2 months and still no scooter. Have you received any other complaints on ExcellentKid? Thank you for checking this out.
