Pet scam: I bought a mini schnauzer from website. The woman sent me a shipping confirmation. The shipping company said they needed an additional $950 to ship puppy. I called back lady to cancel the order because I was not aware of these additional costs. She refused to refund me even though in her email it said 100% refund if not satisfied. I asked for a refund before she even shipped the puppy. There is no reason she couldn’t refund the money.
