I received two automated phone calls on November 2, 2015 stating that the call was to inform me that I was being sued by the IRS and that I needed to call this number immediately, 347-408-0084. I did call the number and found it to be that of excel long distance service. The person stated that I hadn’t paid my bill for two months. I had not received anything in the mail to do so. I asked to speak with someone regarding this and I was given the customer service number, 800-875-9235. This was another automated call and I when I put in my account number as it asked for, it said it was not right. There wasn’t an option to even speak to an operator. I called the other number a couple more times to get another number for customer service but received the same number. I did pay the debt with my credit card. I then received the second call in the afternoon stating that it was the final call to notify me that I was being sued by the IRS. Very concerning to me and don’t have a legit number to cancel this service. I would appreciate it if this was investigated. Thank you, ***
