I received a letter in the mail from this company saying I had ignored multiple notices that had been sent about my warranty coverage about to expire on my auto. I have received no such notices and I have not had a car in at least 8 years. No where does it say what kind of car and that I should call them and verify make model etc. On the back was a copy of a supposed repair invoice where I had the car repaired for over 12,000 dollars and a note saying let the policy pay this for you. If I had a warranty with them that was going to be exciting, why hadn’t they paid it already. It was addressed to my physical address so it appears they don’t have my mailing address. It states I should call before 3/14/2019.
