Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
Have no experience with company–they sent my wife, a 75 yo retired MD, an invoice for $139.50 for "Annual Certification Service/Annual EMV Terminal Download/EMV Smart Card Compatible". We are consumers, we do not process credit or debit card payments, know nothing about emv compliance–or emv’s. Is this elder scam or scam aimed at all MD’s? Odd their name includes EVM, but they bill for EMV service–no phone #, no e-mail, no physical address, letter mailed from zip code 92024, not company’s e-mail, do not accept credit card payment.
